Decide in advance how long you will play. An automatic reminder will appear when your set time is up.
If you need a short break, you can pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
If you need a long-term break, apply for self-exclusion. This can range from 6 months to permanent.
Play will automatically stop once you have lost a set amount. Keep your financial losses under control.
